This is the only restaurant in Princeton that we MUST go to every time we are visiting family. The food is delicious and the service is fast. The salsa is my favorite out of every Mexican restaurant I have tried and I live in a larger city so I have tried a lot. My favorite dish is Chicken Alambres Fajitas. Not many Mexican restaurants adds bacon to fajitas! Couldn't be more delicious.

Best chicken, cheese, and rice I ever ate! Perfect amount of cheese smothered over my hot plate! Food took just a few minutes to come out! I highly recommend eating here! Service was really good as well!

This is your typical Mexican restaurant that exist in every town. All of the same menu items. The carnival were dry and not really carnival at all. The rest of the food was OK. I would go back but only because it is just the average place of this kind.

We seem to gather at Los Agave's in Princeton often. Last time we celebrated a great friend's birthday . Everything was good, food was good, the waiter was good and we all enjoyed ourselves!

Really good food , music was a bit to loud. Food was the Best I have tasted in a while. I ordered the vegetable fajitas and this is the first time that I've ever had the vegetable fajitas with broccoli and cauliflower it's usually just peppers and onions and mushrooms and tomatoes. But this vegetable fajita also has broccoli and cauliflower which was very good.

Fantastic service and great food! The only thing I could say in a slightly negative fashion would be that it costs a little more to eat here than most other Hispanic food options. But I guarantee you won't find faster or better service in the area!
